The Verplas SST-125-2M-IND Rapid Self-Seal Thermal Duct is a high-performance, pre-insulated ventilation duct designed for fast, secure installation in modern ventilation systems. With a 125mm diameter and 2m length, it provides an efficient solution for both supply and extract air applications, particularly in MVHR and MEV systems.
Manufactured from graphite-impregnated expanded polystyrene (EPS), the duct delivers excellent thermal insulation to minimise heat loss and reduce the risk of condensation. Its patented push-fit “click and lock” sealing system ensures a low-leakage connection that exceeds industry standards, significantly improving system efficiency and installation speed.
Supplied with an integrated duct-to-duct connector, the SST-125-2M-IND allows seamless extension between duct lengths, while the open end enables direct connection to 125mm fan spigots or fittings. Lightweight yet durable, this ducting system is engineered for ease of handling without compromising on performance or compliance.
