The Verplas SST-204-2M-IND Rapid Self-Seal Thermal Duct is a high-performance rectangular insulated duct designed for efficient airflow in space-restricted ventilation installations. With a 204mm x 60mm profile and 2m length, it is ideal for applications where ceiling void or bulkhead space is limited, while still maintaining strong airflow performance.
Manufactured from graphite-impregnated expanded polystyrene (EPS), the duct provides excellent thermal insulation to reduce heat loss and minimise the risk of condensation. Its patented push-fit “click and lock” sealing system ensures a secure, low-leakage connection that exceeds industry standards, improving both system efficiency and installation speed.
Supplied with an integrated duct-to-duct connector, the SST-204-2M-IND allows quick and reliable joining between lengths. The open end enables direct push-fit connection to 204mm x 60mm fan spigots or fittings, while the duct can also be cut to size for flexible installation. Lightweight and easy to handle, it offers a practical solution for modern MVHR and MEV systems.
